How it Works
The 21 Days of Gratitude begins on November 4, 2013! Each day we will introduce you to a new thought leader as well as some of the beautiful work by award-winning cinematographer Louie Schwartzberg.
The daily meditations of the 21-day program are accessed from your web browser via an Internet connection. The meditations are streamed to your computer or mobile device. Starting on October 4, you will begin receiving daily emails from us that will include a link to log in to and access that day's meditation. The email will also include some additional and specific information about that day's meditation.
Some more specifics regarding the 21 Days of Gratitude are below:

- Participation in the 21 Days of Gratitude is FREE and there is never an obligation to purchase anything at anytime.
- You can register for the program using either your Facebook account or email address. To Register simply click HERE.
- To ensure your daily emails as well as any other messages from us reach your inbox and do not end up in your Spam Filter or Junk Mail folder, please be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.

FREE Program Content
The FREE online program includes the following:
- Day 1 – Audio and Video
- Day 2 – Audio – plus video due to the overwhelming support of our video fans
- Days 3 through 7– Audio and a kaleidoscope of rotating still images from Louie’s beautifully captured film sequences
- Day 8 – Audio and Video
- Day 9 through 14 – Audio and a kaleidoscope of rotating images
- Day 15 – Audio and Video
- Days 16-21 – Audio and a kaleidoscope of rotating images
- Day 22 Bonus Day – Audio and Video
We are also offering an upgrade for $9.95 to see an accompanying video from Louie for all 21 days of the program plus the 22nd Bonus Day. Access to this is available to you for 30 days from date of purchase and there is NO obligation whatsoever to upgrade to this option. With this option you will be able see videos for 17 additional days not included in the FREE online program.
NOTE: Will will be offering other access options to the program in the very near future and any monies spent on the 30-Day option will be credited toward any future purchase of online access or audio download.
Each day during the program you will receive an email with additional information regarding that day's meditation and thought leader. Please review this information each day before you begin the session to get the most out of your 21 Days of Gratitude experience.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure you receive the email without any issues, please add email@example.com to your Address Book or Contacts. Also make sure that you add this address to any Spam Filter or Junk mail system you may use. If you DO NOT see the email in your inbox please be sure to check both the Spam Filter and your Junk Mail folder.
There are two options for logging into the 21 Days of Gratitude Program:
a. Via the link in the Daily Email
b. Using the Login screen from your browser.
Both options are explained below.
A. LOGIN VIA DAILY EMAIL
Near the bottom of every Daily Email (beneath the "Daily Thought" you will find a link to "Click on Day X".
This will take you to the Login Screen in your Web Browser. Please proceed to "Login via Web Browser" below...
NOTE: If you are already logged into the program, you will be taken directly to the Navigation Page where you can select the daily meditation option of your choice.
B. Login via Web Browser
You can login into the program from your Web Browser by clicking HERE. Please bookmark this in your browser for future reference.
Login via Facebook
If you registered for the program using your Facebook credentials click the "Register with Facebook" button and follow the prompts to login to the program.
Login via Email Adress and Password
If you registered for the program using your email address and a password enter those into the "Email" and "Password" fields on the Login Screen and press the "LOGIN" button.If you are having any issues logging in click on the "Forgot Password?" link to retrieve your password via email.
PAID SUBSCRIBERS: Please be sure to click the link next to "30 Day Access Premium Video Package Subscribers" to go to the proper Login Screen for your paid purchase.
Once you have logged in you will be taken to the Navigation Page. Here you will find all of the days available to you.
For Days 1, 2, 5, 15 and Bonus Day 22 you will have options to play either the Audio with Slideshow images or the Bonus Video. If you would like to upgrade to Video for ALL 22 Days simply press the "Rent Video Pass" button for any day that displays that option.
NOTE: There is NO obligation to purchase the videos at any time during the FREE program. We are proud to offer this option to you and believe that your overall experience with 21 Days of Gratitude will be greatly enhanced if you choose to include Louie's award-winning cinematography and visuals to accompany your experience.
Daily Message and Meditation
Audio w/Slide Show
If you select "Play Slideshow Audio" you will be taken to the Daily Meditation screen that will display a viewer for the slideshow and will start streaming the audio and slideshow to your mobile device or computer as soon as enough data has been buffered to your browser.
There are controls in the visual window to PLAY and PAUSE the audio and images as well as open in Full Screen mode (NOT currently compatible on all browser types and platforms).
IMPORTANT: There are many variables in streaming audio and video to your web browser including web browser compatibility (must be HTML5 compliant) as well as the speed and reliability of your internet connection. We STRONGLY advise you to ensure that your browser and operating system software are as up to date as possible and to use a reliable WiFi internet connection on ALL mobile devices instead of your 3G or 4G data connection. This will greatly increase your ability to reliably connect to our servers and ensure the highest quality audio and visual experience with the 21 Days of Gratitude program.
Entering Items Into Daily Journal
Each day you can enter your thoughts, feelings and reflections about that day's meditation in your Daily Journal. This data is only accessible by you and is not shared with any other users of the 21 Days of Gratitude program. The Daily Journal is accessible from the Daily Message and Meditation page for each day of the program.
When you have finished entering into the Daily Journal simply press the "SAVE" button to save that day's entry. Once the entry is saved press "HOME" to return to the Navigation Page. If you would like to edit a previous entry, go to the Daily Message and Meditation page for the day you wish to change and you can type over or add to the previously saved data. When done editing, press the "SAVE" button to save that day's entry and then press "HOME" to return to the Navigation Page.
Review or Print Journal Entries
NOTE: The contents of the Daily Journal are NOT available after the FREE online program ends. We strongly recommend that you save or print them before access to the program closes.
To review or print any or all of you Daily Journal entries, press the "My Journal" link/button on the bottom menu bar on either the Navigation Page or the Daily Message and Meditation page. A pop-up window will appear.
Place your cursor inside the window titled "My Journal" and you can scroll up and down to see all of your Daily Journal entries. You can not edit the entries from this screen only view them.
To PRINT the contents of your Daily Journal, you can select the text inside the pop-up window and that you wish to print.
Windows - Scroll to the end of the text in the pop-up window. Click at the end of the text you want to copy. Press and hold down the SHIFT key, and then click at the start of the text you want to copy. Alternatively, you can hold down the left mouse button while dragging over the area to select. To copy the selected text to the Clipboard press CTL-C. You can then paste the text (CTL-V) into a document in your word processing software and save or print.
Mac - Scroll to the end of the text in the pop-up window. By clicking at the end of the region you want to select, then holding Shift and clicking at the beginning of the region, you’ll select everything in between. To copy the selected text to the Clipboard press Command-C. You can then paste the text (Command-V) into a document in your word processing software and save or print.
